LIBRA - Fusion Frames NW Sculpture

Repurposed matching Ornate Antique Frames (wood & gesso) acquired from an antique dealer in the Willamette Valley of Oregon unified with Fir Tree Root reclaimed in 2015 from the dry lakebed of Detroit Lake in Oregon (at water levels that have not been as low since 1969) and Juniper Branch reclaimed from the Outback in the Central Oregon High Desert.

Libra — a reminder that harmony is easily grasped if one is conscious of the shared worth and distinction in the disparate.
